"Love to know your thoughts.. from Leanne"

Hey again from Leanne! (Belated happy birthday to Laura!)

How was your holiday? What was your favorite gift? Mine was photos of my son and daughter together... and they weren't even fighting!!!

I went to my mom's and ate so much I was afraid to weigh myself when I returned home! So, BEFORE New Year's I started doing a pitiful amount of exercise. Treadmill 20 minutes - 3x a week. What do you guys do? Must confess I'm still waiting to experience that whole endorphin thing, so I REALLY have to talk myself into exercising and I also have to make sure I don't overdo and hurt myself because then I NEVER want to exercise again. My oldest sister ran the New York City Marathon and my middle sister goes to an exercise trainer twice a week. I would rather recline on the beach....

Do you make New Years resolutions? I try to take stock and adjust goals. One of my goals or allowances this year is to take "Reading" days. My writing schedule is so demanding that I often feel guilty reading instead of writing, but I miss reading, so I thing a "Reading Day" every now and then is a good idea. I've also joined a small online affirmation group for a few published authors where we give reports and encourage each other.

I'm going to try to check in here at least every two weeks if not more frequently. I bought a couple of fun New Year's gifts for another contest coming super soon!!!!

xo,
Leanne (btw, Billionaire's Proposition is #2 on the Waldenbooks Best-seller list and I received an email praising the book from an author whom I admire! YAY!)
