"Be My Valentine Special Offer"

Hey there! Valentines Day is right around the corner and I wanted to share my philosophy about the big V day. Many people insist that Valentines Day should be all about romance and that's okay, but I believe that if we're lucky, we have many sweethearts in our lives -- moms, daughters, sisters, friends... So I'm doing a special giveaway of one book for you and one book for your "sweetheart". Both of you must live in the United States and I will need to get your mailing address lickety-split! Tell me why you think your sweetheart would enjoy a Leanne Banks book. I'll choose two winners from the entries over the next couple of days to make sure you both receive your books in time for Valentines day. So please post your email address and tell a little about who you would like to also receive one of my books. My "sweetheart" is my mother-in-law. She hasn't been reading romance that long but after many years of watching me read, curiosity got the best of her. She asked me for a romance book, I gave her one and now she keeps asking me for more. Your book would be perfect for her and I know it's something she would enjoy. I feel very fortunate that my mother-in-law is also my friend. That would be a wonderful surprise for her. rwestgaard@ameritech.net |

I wished my mom was with me still because she is the one who introduced me to romance books. I have so many friends here that helped me through some difficult times with my health and one would be my friend Sue, who has the love of reading too and she's one of many, like Kim too,hugs, that helped me through this. So I would love to do this for Sue.

Hi Ivka! I wished I stopped here sooner to talk about Leanne's books! I've been reading the SD's as they come out! So really its a joy to be here to, too, share all the goodies of Leanne's I read!

Congratulations on 40 years!
I had my birthday last month and next week will be 30 years that we came to US. My 36th wedding anniversary was last Decembar.Wish speedy recovery to your "Sweetheart". I know how he feels, I had surgery on my both eye too, when I was younger. |

Congrats to you too Ivka!!! I often hear from people and they say, wow, you've been together 22 years! And I don't hear that much with us romance readers! We keep counting the years up!
