Leanne has written 43 books (including Footloose). Favorite book? The one I'm getting ready to write!

Leanne wrote and sold her first romance novel within two years and used the advance for that book to take her family to Disney World. Favorite Disney ride: Pirates of the Caribbean. Least favorite Disney experience: A seagull pooped on me -- no lie. Now it's instinct for me to duck whenever one is flying overhead.

Leanne has two pets -- a 13 year-old mixed-breed dog named Molly and a Pomeranian puppy named Bijou (which means 'little treasure'). Favorite pet? Both!

Leanne graduated with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Business. She says her degree qualifies her to treat only fictional characters.*g* Favorite course? Interpersonal Communication.

Leanne has special collections of Broadway musical-theme plates, champagne flutes and magic wands that don't work. She waves her magic wands every once in awhile, but unfortunately she hasn't been able to shake any magic out of them. Favorite Broadway musical? Depends on the day, but I can sing (not necessarily on key) all the songs from THE SOUND OF MUSIC. I know, frightening, isn't it? *g*

Leanne has ridden in a hot air balloon, gone indoor skydiving and para-sailing, ridden an elephant, snorkeled alongside a barracuda and swam with dolphins, but her big excitement on a daily basis is completing her writing goal for the day and getting dressed to walk to the mailbox.*g* Favorite adventure? A tie. Swimming with the dolphins and parasailing with my daughter.

Leanne owns a little condo in South Carolina where she sometimes escapes to write during the off-season. Favorite things to do at the beach? Sit on the balcony and admire the view (the ocean AND the hot bods!)... eat wonderful seafood... walk on the beach.

Leanne loves a bargain, but hates to haggle. Favorite bargain? My parents! Hey, I didn't pay anything for them. I got them FREE! I was blessed with the best parents in the world. My mama and daddy have been married for over fifty years and instilled in me a combination of faith, persistence and empathy.

Leanne has the best readers in the world.
